LSI Corporate Campus

Located along Route 22 in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, this 228‑acre microelectronics campus office and research space distributed across multiple buildings. The site integrates existing facilities with new construction through a connected internal roadway and pedestrian circulation network. Development areas are organized around parking fields, utility infrastructure, and landscaped open space. The campus layout addresses highway frontage and access, with building massing and circulation coordinated to accommodate phased expansion within the overall site plan.

Pidcock served as land planner and civil engineer for the campus expansion, providing site/civil engineering design, traffic planning, and permitting. The work included integration of new development areas with an active microelectronics campus, requiring coordination of internal circulation, utilities, and phased construction. A key component was design of the $22.5 million American Parkway, developed to establish direct regional access and connect to existing roadway networks. Pidcock coordinated with multiple agencies to advance design approvals and secure permits for both on‑site infrastructure and off‑site transportation improvements.
