B. Braun Marcon Boulevard Facility
B. Braun Medical’s Hanover Township campus serves as the primary domestic manufacturing and administrative hub for one of the nation’s leading producers of medical devices—and one of the Lehigh Valley’s largest employers. To support the company’s continued growth, operational efficiency, and workforce needs, the campus underwent a series of strategic facility expansions and site upgrades. The project included the design of two major building additions, a new two-story office facility, and comprehensive parking lot improvements to enhance circulation, capacity, and employee access.
The Pidcock Company provided full land planning and site/civil engineering design services for the multi-phase campus expansion. This work encompassed site layout, grading, utility coordination, stormwater management, and the integration of new facilities into an active, highly regulated manufacturing environment. We collaborated closely with B. Braun, municipal officials, and regulatory agencies to ensure that the final result was an advanced, modern, and efficient campus that supports B. Braun’s long-term mission and regional economic impact.
