Lehigh Valley West
The Lehigh Valley West campus spans more than 1,040 acres and is home to globally recognized brands such as Nestlé, Coca‑Cola, Pillsbury, Ocean Spray, Perrier, and Bridgestone. Planned for large‑format warehouse, manufacturing, and corporate facilities, the site is organized into multiple development parcels served by an internal roadway network, utility infrastructure, and direct rail access. Immediate connections to nearby interstate highways support regional truck circulation. Existing floodplain areas are preserved and incorporated into the site layout, with development areas configured around environmental constraints and long‑term parcel flexibility.
As land planner and civil engineer for the campus, Pidcock provided site/civil engineering design, traffic planning, and permitting across this large industrial setting. The work included layout of internal roadway networks, utility infrastructure, stormwater systems, and design of three bridges to accommodate site circulation and freight movement. Key challenges involved coordinating infrastructure across a broad site with environmental constraints and multiple development phases. Working with regulatory agencies to secure approvals and align transportation and environmental requirements, Pidcock enabled integrated development of the multi‑tenant campus.
