Lehigh Valley Health Network – Health Center at Fogelsville
The two‑story, 40,000‑square‑foot medical office building at Lehigh Hills is located at the southwest corner of Nursery Street and Route 100 in Fogelsville, Pennsylvania. The facility accommodates primary care, pediatric, and specialty medical services within a single structure. Site features include surface parking areas, internal drive aisles, and direct access connections to Route 100, local roadways, and the Lehigh Hills community.
Pidcock served as land planner and civil engineer for the medical office building, providing site/civil engineering design, traffic planning, and permitting. The scope included design of a dedicated access road, parking layout, grading, utilities, and stormwater systems on a constrained corner site along Route 100. Traffic access and circulation were coordinated to address highway frontage and local roadway connections while meeting township requirements. Pidcock led municipal and agency coordination to secure land development approvals and permitting for the site’s access and infrastructure improvements.
