Estates at Trexler Park
The Estates at Trexler Park is a 70-acre residential community in Allentown that blends thoughtfully planned neighborhoods with convenient access to nearby commercial amenities along Springhouse Road. The 125-unit development features a mix of townhomes and estate style properties, offering a range of housing options within a highly desirable area of the city. The community is designed to integrate seamlessly with its surroundings, which include walking trail links to the Allentown Municipal Golf Course and Trexler Park.
Pidcock provided land planning, site and civil engineering, traffic engineering, and permitting for a master‑planned residential development. The team completed site layout, roadway and utility systems, grading, and stormwater facilities while coordinating pedestrian and vehicular circulation across the community. Design responses addressed regulatory requirements and site constraints through close coordination with municipal staff and review agencies. The work secured all required approvals and delivered an integrated infrastructure framework supporting residential density, open space, and long‑term site functionality.
