Oxford at Fish Hatchery Corporate Campus
Located in Salisbury Township, Pennsylvania, the Oxford at Fish Hatchery Professional Campus is an office development adjacent to the Lehigh Parkway and the Little Lehigh trout stream. The site is organized around a central access road and surface parking, with multiple low-rise office buildings set within a wooded landscape. The plan accommodates three additional building pad sites. Development follows existing topography and retains tree cover along the stream corridor and park edge.
Our team provided architecture, land planning, civil engineering, and traffic engineering services for the corporate campus. Scope included roadway and parking layout, utility extensions, underground stormwater detention, site lighting, signage, and landscape design. Work addressed site constraints, including existing topography and coordination of access revisions to accommodate additional building pads. The team advanced municipal approvals and integrated site and infrastructure systems across disciplines.
