The development includes five completed warehouse buildings totaling approximately 2.2 million square feet, arranged along an internal roadway and truck circulation network. Site features include trailer storage areas, employee parking, and supporting utility infrastructure. Phased buildouts will continue at this industrial park.
Pidcock served as land planner and civil engineer for Northampton Business Center, providing site/civil engineering design, traffic planning, and permitting across the 281‑acre industrial park. The work required coordination of multi‑building layouts, truck circulation, and utility infrastructure across phased development areas. Design addressed large‑format warehouse operations, including trailer storage, access drives, and stormwater systems integrated with site topography. Pidcock coordinated with municipal and agency reviewers to secure land development approvals and permits for multiple buildings.
