South Whitehall Township Municipal Campus

The South Whitehall Township Municipal Complex is located in the greater Allentown region and serves a population of more than 20,000 residents. The campus consolidates municipal functions including administrative offices, police services, and public meeting spaces within a single site. Positioned along a primary township corridor, the complex is organized for direct public access and visibility. The site includes coordinated building masses, shared circulation and parking areas, and outdoor spaces that accommodate public use and civic gatherings.

Pidcock provided land planning, surveying, and site/civil engineering for the municipal complex, including grading, utility design, stormwater systems, and circulation layout for public, staff, and emergency access. The work required coordination across multiple building programs on a shared site with tied infrastructure and phased construction. Efforts addressed roadway access along a busy corridor and compliance with local stormwater and permitting requirements. The team prepared construction documents, secured approvals, and supported bidding and construction through inspection and coordination.
