Coca-Cola Park

Coca Cola Park is a 10,000-seat baseball stadium and the home of the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, the AAA affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies. Its location and scale required thoughtful site organization to support circulation, parking, and access while creating an engaging environment for year-round spectators and the surrounding community. In 2026, the park was named the #1 best minor league ballpark by USA Today.

As part of the design team, our firm provided the full suite of land planning, site and civil engineering, traffic planning, and permit acquisition services necessary to bring the ballpark to fruition. This included site layout, grading, utility design, and transportation planning to manage event day traffic and pedestrian flow, not just at the park but integrated with American Parkway, a major million-dollar highway infrastructure. We also secured all required local and state approvals, coordinating closely with agencies to address infrastructure, access, and compliance considerations.
