Originally constructed in the 1930s, this residence in the Rose Garden neighborhood of West Allentown underwent significant additions and alterations managed by the firm including a complete renovation of the original interior. The project details and materials include a slate shingle roof, clapboard siding, and architectural molding/trim consistent with those found on existing homes in the neighborhood. The project also included “Smart House” technology and new mechanical and electrical systems.
