The large mixed-use project involves ongoing land planning, permitting and approval processes for the development of more than 700 acres in Lower Macungie Township, Lehigh County. In addition to preserving open space and 125 acres of farmland, the project will include multiple residential, industrial, office, and commercial development. The firm’s services continue to include support of the client in a successful rezoning effort, and obtaining all permits and approvals from local municipalities, PADEP, PENNDOT, and Norfolk Southern Railroad.
