This mixed-use development includes residential, retail, and industrial campus segments and reconstruction/expansion of state highway Route 512. The development includes a 244-unit age-qualified residential community designed by others, 62 acres of retail, and 60 acres of industrial campus. The project features improvements to three miles of State Highway including the development of a sound attenuation landscaped berm barrier.
