This professional office campus which includes the offices for The Pidcock Company overlooks the Lehigh Parkway and the Little Lehigh trout stream. A reorganization of access roads and parking areas allows for three additional building pad sites that maintain the setting’s character. Comprehensive planning for the campus included road and parking lot design, utility improvements, underground storm water detention facilities, lighting, identification signage and landscaping.
