South Whitehall Township Covered Bridge Park
South Whitehall Township PA
Client: South Whitehall Township
The 100-acre municipal park along the Jordan Creek is named for the three iconic covered bridges that span the creek within the park. The combination of active and passive recreation opportunities include a butterfly garden, walking paths, a playground, and sports fields. The Park also includes a pedestrian bridge constructed with field stone and heavy timber to evoke the architecture of the covered bridges in the surrounding area.
