To create a new campus by combining existing real estate for Good Shepherd in center city Allentown, the firm oversaw the closing and relocation of major city streets and reconfiguration of three city blocks. The project created a pedestrian-friendly campus with accessible routes for persons with disabilities between new and existing treatment, resident care, and medical office facilities on campus. Services include site and civil engineering design, traffic planning and permit acquisitions and all campus master planning.
